Hi,
for years now, Ubuntu Software show snap in priority.
Hence for a given app' it appears many times in the list.
Packaging type should be part of the app' name in the list
to help users know where they're going.

Another way to deal with this would be
⋅ to have only one entry by app'name
⋅ and have some clear labels for available packaging type

Nowadays users may not be conscious of « how » they install
an app, leading to bitter surprises ( slowness, no access
to removable medias, used disk space ) because all users
don't have SSD nor thousands Gb free disk space.
All LTS Ubuntu are concerned by this bug : Software-center
should show benefits, use-case, requirements and limits for
each available packaging type, it should be more « teaching »
instead of confusing.
