Thank you for your bug report, that's an upstream issue and ideally
should be sent to them on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-
center/issues if you could do that?

GNOME currently relies on network-manager, it wouldn't be surprising if
other settings panel don't handle well networkd being used instead (the
network one for example)
