** Description changed: If you open an already installed local deb file using GNOME Software (Ubuntu Software), it shows "Install" instead of the correct "Remove" option. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open and install any local deb file using GNOME Software. 2. Close the GNOME Software window. 3.
