Search of available applications to install in GNOME Shell does not work
in Ubuntu 20.04

Test Case:

* make sure skype is not installed on your computer
* press SUPER
* type 'Skype'

Ubuntu Software Center will not offer the installation of Skype.

Ubuntu Software Center in previous versions of ubuntu offered to install
not installed applications.

Ubuntu software center is also missing in the search settings.
