Maybe use these steps to create the archives, then double-click on the
first resulting archive file (tmp1.7z.001) and do an extract.
mkdir tmp1
cd tmp1
for f in a b c d e f g h i j
do
for g in a b c d e f g h i j
do
for h in a b c d e f g h i j
do
dd if=/bin/ls of="$f$g$h" count=200
done
done
done
cd ..
7za a -v10m -mx=0 tmp1.7z tmp1/*
mv tmp1 tmp2
