Visible Network wifi list interface
Be connected to some wifi network
Click on any network name (reconnects if clicked on currently connected
network, and disconnects when clicked on some other network)
Current wifi connection disconnects. No prompt no nothing. Just
disconnects/reconnects.
It would be best to ask prior to disconnect. It would be good to prompt
whether user wants to initiate connection (and just then prompt for
password).
