Thanks, but emacs crashing is a different issue to gnome-shell crashing.
We can keep this bug open about any gnome-shell crashes but please
follow the steps in comment #2 again for that.

  Regularly emacs-gtk crashes (reported separately in LP: #1896100) and
  with it gnome-shell crashes as well. Since those two crashes happen at
  the same time I am assuming that those two events are related. I don't
