After upgrading from 18.04 to 20.04, Ubuntu has become UNUSABLE. When I
try to open e.g. my home folder, or "New Window" from the file tool in
the app bar, it can take 15, 20 or 30 seconds for anything to happen.
Then sometimes the response is instant. Something is seriously seriously
wrong with your software.
