Sorry, but the problem seem to have disappeared. Now I can see my bluetooth 
devices also in gnome-control-center.
I have been trying stuff found from the net like:
sudo rmmod btusb
sleep 1
sudo modprobe btusb

And reboots (with power off) and nothing helped.

But today I rebooted again (after latest updates). Now the bluetooth
setting seems to work. I can switch bt on and off. I can not say exactly
why.

Do  you still want information from my system?

This is fresh install of 20.10 beta with default desktop (gnome).
