Public bug reported: Unicode 5.1 has a named sequence for the Tamil ligature SRI (śrī), ஶ்ரீ. The name of this sequence is TAMIL SYLLABLE SHRII and is composed of the Unicode sequence U+0BB6 U+0BCD U+0BB0 U+0BC0.
