Unicode 5.1 has a named sequence for the Tamil ligature SRI (śrī), ஶ்ரீ.
The name of this sequence is TAMIL SYLLABLE SHRII and is composed of the
Unicode sequence U+0BB6 U+0BCD U+0BB0 U+0BC0.


ஶ் (0BB6 + 0BCD) + ரீ (0BB0 + 0BC0)  = ஶ்ரீ

This clubbing of letters not happening for letter ஶ்ரீ  in Lohit Tamil
Font.

Lohit Tamil Font is released by Red Hat and ttf file downloaded from
their site and installed renders the clubbed letter correctly.
