NetworkManager will fail on boot, and will leave me with a screen that
says "Oops, something has gone wrong. Please contact your software
vendor"
"NetworkManager needs to be running" and a sad face picture.
This has happened increasingly over the past month or two, and all I
have done different is update my system periodically. If I try and start
NetworkManager through systemctl, it will get stuck and provide
absolutely no output at all. I have to do a complete reboot and hope to
God it doesn't fail again.
I cannot do anything Wi-Fi wise, so if my Ethernet fails, I cannot
switch to Wi-Fi or anything because I have no manager to do it with.

I could not get any details on NetworkManager because apparently it isn't
installed (I know it is, as it was never removed) but my system is fully
updated.. if that helps.
