Thanks for yours answers.
The display of % Battery is correct.  The Battery discharge is correct to and
linear too.  But no flash informations on the screen to prevent us that the
power will be stopped in fews minutes... When I am on my  computer, I don't
look to the indications of batt % .  Computer stops directly and Batt value i
at 0% ... Not good for it... My computer is 3 yrs old....
Sorry for my English language... There's a long time I used it... (I am french).
Cordialement.

Could make it display the battery % and check if the discharge is linear
or doing steps skipping the 10%?

Title:
Ubuntu 21.04  No notification when battery under 10%

Status in gnome-settings-daemon package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Update 20.10 to 21.04... OK All are corrects ,thanks !
Except....  No visual or auditory alarm when the battery voltage or power
drops below 10%

It happened to me several times to fall to 0 and the net stop of the pc.
Under 20.04, I was using Cairo dock with the energy monitoring function.
Which no longer works under Wailance ...

Likewise, I switched to 21.04 .org because the xgamma, Scanning
frequency 120 Hz settings do not work under Wailance.
