Thanks for your report!
We don't import translations directly from Damned Lies, but via the PO
files in upstream's tarballs. The latest gtk3 version in Ubuntu is
3.24.30 which was released on July 8.
So if those strings were translated after July 8, they are not yet in
Ubuntu due to the workflow, but will show up later (probably only in
22.04).
Please let us know whether you still think there is a bug.
