I'm not sure that's the right bug ID. Can you please tell us the contents of /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id on this machine?
Also if you are experiencing gnome-shell bugs of any sort then it's a good idea to disable all non-Ubuntu extensions in the 'Extensions' app and then log in again.
