Public bug reported:
I have a Dell Latitude 7320 Detachable with a 7320 Detachable Active Pen
(PN7320A). The pen mostly works, aside from a periodic bug
(https://github.com/linuxwacom/input-wacom/issues/281). It shows up as a
Wacom pen from libinput:

I cannot configure it via the Wacom Tablet settings in the control
center. It always says "No stylus found" despite being able to use the
stylus with applications such as Xournal++.
