Opening a PDF from the file browser
Pressing <ctrl><p>
Printing dialog opens
I would expect to be able to choose a printer and print
Printing dialog shows "Print to PDF" with all the parameters, also shows
all the possible printers, but freezes, requires "Isn't responding ..
force quit"
