restart GNOME Shell on Wayland.)

+ =========
+ Install the update
+ On the login screen, select your name.
+ Click the gear button in the lower right and choose Ubuntu on Xorg
+ Enter your password to finish logging in.
+ Open the file browser.
+ Press Alt-F2.
+ In the dialog, enter 'r'
+ GNOME Shell should restart without a crash message. Your file browser window
should remain open.
