On a hybrid system like an laptop with:

1. Internal Intel GPU and display
2. External Display connected via HDMI/Display port

It is currently possible to select the primary output devices such as
audio output via HDMI or the video display. If the device goes back to
sleep, Login screen or before login itself the output is sent to the
"default devices", which are the internal display and audio of the
laptop, which may be undesirable.

It should be possible via UI settings to set the primary output for
Audio and Video globally such that even before the user logs in, the
outputs are sent to the correct/desired devices.
