Public bug reported:
Create a new folder on the desktop, and right click it. Select the
rename folder item in the popup. The folder will get the typical text
entry box with a cursor in it, but typing anything on the keyboard
doesn't do anything. It seems that the key events are sent to another
window or component on the desktop.
