I did and could not find any recent ones - most recent was over a week
ago.

Nothing there that is recent from a time I tried to suspend.

FWIW when I reach the blank screen I am able to restart using
Alt+PrntScreen REISUB, so the machine is at least waking enough to allow
access to the Linux kernel, but it seems nothing is being logged in
journalctl during wake.
