I think this part of the software is called unity dash, there is a
search field and this field has a broken layout, I can enter text and
see results, but I cannot see what was entered. This bug is very severe,
an OS that does not allow finding and starting applications isn't very
useful, a hotfix or workaround would be very helpful. All distros have
severe high DPI bugs in my experience. My screen is 4K and zoom is 300
%, I tried to reduce zoom, but it didn't help.
Ubuntu version 22.04.
