This error is displayed when the executable, in this case, `evolution`,
cannot be found in one of the directories defined in PATH. As Mike
Ferreira notes, evolution-calendar.desktop can exist but incorrectly
reference a non-installed application. In this case, the packaging
should be reviewed.
Marking gnome-shell affected since it ships this file.
