Ah, i missed these notifications! Anyway:

$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-lock-screen
false

I'm not sure if it's related, but I also add that locking the screen via
hotkey does not work, but it does work when clicking through the menu in
the upper right corner of the screen.
