Steps:

1. Open gnome-terminal, it will has size 80x24.
2. Maximize the window.
3. Restore (un-maximize).

Expected: the size should be 80x24.

Actual: the size is smaller (74x21).

Repeat the steps, and it will be more smaller and more more smaller.
