Public bug reported:
I start with a 132x30 terminal. Then I double-click on the title bar to
maximize it. I do what I need to do with the larger window, then I
double-click on the title bar again. The terminal is now 126x27 instead
of 132x30.
It has been doing this for a while. I'm on a 6.0 kernel now, but I was
running with several different 5.x kernels in the past.
