Thanks for the bug report.

Since most gnome-shell bugs and memory leaks are caused by extensions,
the first thing to try is to remove all of these:

'[email protected]',
'[email protected]',
'[email protected]',
'logomenu@aryan_k',
'[email protected]',
'[email protected]',
'[email protected]',
'[email protected]',
'[email protected]',
'blur-my-shell@aunetx'

Please also delete any locally installed extensions by running:

  cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
  rm -rf extensions

and then log in again.

After all unsupported extensions have been removed, please tell us if
the memory problem persists.

Title:
  Hello, my RAM is constantly overflowing due to gnome-shell. The total
  write to disk takes more than 4 GB after an hour of work. How can I
  solve this problem?
