Public bug reported:
I have been happily using at least the last 10 releases of Ubuntu. I am
careful to upgrade to LTS versions.
I upgraded to 22.04 a few weeks ago and have failed in researching the
web for a solution. My system has lots of memory and disk and the CPU
is not busy. I have not been able to locate the bottleneck, I wish I
had a tool that would show where the CPU is idling.
Surely there is an easy fix!
Thanks,
Carl
