Upstream issue was closed 2018-05-22 as "RESOLVED OBSOLETE"
Removing Papercuts task as empathy is no longer (as of 2022-08-17)
included in the latest Ubuntu releases and has also been removed
from Debian:

Any fixes to empathy now seem unlikely.
