Public bug reported:
When switching between like and dark modes, the dock icons glitch their
positioning every 4th or so time dark/light is switched. See the video
attached for repeated toggles - 75% behaves as expected, 25% the glitch
appears. This does not happen in current releases of Ubuntu Desktop.
