I would like to add that doing so, when in Home folder, it removes also the first folder, if first file is removed. Not always though. Irrespective of the file that I will try to remove, it will at least remove one folder shown in Files as well. Most of the times the case is the same as the one mentioned already: removing first file it removes Desktop folder. Removing second file, usually removes Documents.
