I think all of those questions are off-topic for this bug so should not
be discussed here. That said...
1. No that's not relevant. It's required to put a picture on the screen.
2. I don't know.
3. Please log a new bug for that unless you're referring to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-
drivers-535/+bug/2026789/comments/7 in which case it's a feature of the
nvidia driver. Not a bug.
4. Please log a new bug for that.
5. That's a general kernel question I don't have the answers to. Please
log a new bug or question to the 'linux' source package for such general
kernel issues.
