The kernel is only seeing the built-in display as "connected":
/sys/class/drm/card0-DP-1/status:disconnected
/sys/class/drm/card0-DP-2/status:disconnected
/sys/class/drm/card0-eDP-1/status:connected
If we assume one of those DP ports is actually the HDMI port then the
problem would be a connector or cable issue. If however those DP ports
are the USB-C ports then the HDMI port seems to be missing at the kernel
level :(
If the laptop has two GPUs then the second one would own the HDMI port,
but I don't see a second GPU here. Unless it exists and is disabled in
the BIOS?
