Perhaps one issue is that your USB3 kernel driver crashed on wakeup (or
possibly really when suspending):

Does the bug occur if you *don't* have the keyboard and mouse connected
at suspend time?

Also possibly related is the non-standard extension
'[email protected]' so I'd recommend trying:

  gnome-extensions disable [email protected]

P.S. Your kernel is not from Ubuntu so we don't usually support that. It
might be a good idea for easing internal support going forward to
install regular Ubuntu at some stage:
