That's just another inconsistency: Nearly all softwares - and as well Gedit - use * HOME/POS1 for a jump to the beginning of a line * END for a jump to the end of a line P.S. The redesign of this page is very nice. But the accessability is not very good: this grey in this very textbox has such a bad contrast. It's barely readable.
