Those types of errors are not unusual and don't usually lead to an
unresponsive GUI. So we might be conflating the GUI issue with unrelated
log messages. Although this repeating:

  The offending signal was g-properties-changed on GDBusProxy
0x55a9a6ea0c60.

might be related.

Next time a freeze happens and recovers, please then run:

  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

and attach the resulting text file here.
