Ubuntu 20.04 LTS stopped installing the Snap version of GNOME System
Monitor by default and installed the .deb version instead.
Upgrades ought not to have kept the Snap version installed. However, if
this did not work correctly, it is too late to make that kind of change
now. Sorry.
