Thanks for the bug report. Please start by removing any local
extensions:

  cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/
  rm -rf extensions

and then log in again. If the bug still occurs after that then please
run:

  journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

and attach the resulting text file here. After that, please also try
running:

  gnome-extensions disable [email protected]

and tell us if that solves the problem.
