Gnome Control Center unable to launch. Suspicious of interaction with
libwebkit2gtk. Throws the following error on launch:
`gnome-control-center: symbol lookup error: /lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/libwebkit2gtk-4.0.so.37: undefined symbol: GST_CAT_DEFAULT`
`nm -D` output for the .so file returns `U GST_CAT_DEFAULT`
`ldd` output for the package attached, in case it hints at the root
cause.
