The log mentions "No GPUs found" so it's probably using all the CPU in
order to emulate a GPU...
Please run:
lspci -k > lspci.txt
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
journalctl -b-1 > prevjournal.txt
and attach the resulting text files here.
