Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 24.10 just installed, after graphic screen displayed click on an icon on
dock the 1st application (any application also terminal or calculator) takes
10-15 seconds to start. Then after this short period all apps starts quickly as
usual.
note: this problem happens also on a system installed few days ago.
