Added a Linux task in case amdgpu can be made to load faster.

In bug 2115451 here it seems to take over 20 seconds for amdgpu to
appear, so that feels like a kernel bug.

In duplicate bug 2119612 it looks like amdgpu only takes around 7
seconds. So in that case it's more of a systemd/gdm3 issue failing to
wait for DRM to settle before presenting the login screen.
