Ah yes, that's the same potential issue as being positioned on the left.
Adding a monitor on the left or on top changes the origin (top-left
corner) of the desktop. So if window positions are remembered only with
respect to origin without considering the origin moves, then that would
explain it.

Is this problem new in 25.10?
