Oh ok, here's something: A subset of the recent crashes are shown to originate from GDM. That would be explained by bug 2115451, where GDM will start gnome-shell before SimpleDRM has been unloaded. The other non-GDM crashes, might also be explained by the same bug in case of GDM-autologin.
