There were many additions and fixes made to the upstream (systemd) udev
hwdb/rules in the last two years and most of them got backported even to
older systemd releases. For example, a completely new file "70-software-
radio.hwdb" has been added. This file is (among other changes) already
present in Debian 13 and even Debian 12, but is still missing in Ubuntu
24.04 LTS. Please consider adding it, as well as other udev hwdb/rules
changes from the latest systemd 255.20 point release.
