I looked at the libxmlb, libjcat, and fwupd trees. They look good. The changes required for the backports are reasonable.
I only have two comments: 1- Please update fwupd to the version currently in resolute 2- On jammy, you will need to ship a /var/lib/polkit-1/localauthority/10-vendor.d/fwupd.pkla file for the older polkit version. You can find it in contrib/debian/fwupd.pkla so you just need to add it to fwupd.install or something.
