Binary package hint: gnome-panel
I was using the desktop effects, both boxes checked, I reset my
workspaces back to the usual 6 because it always changes it to 1 after I
enable the effects, they started flashing, in and out then disappeared
altogether. I can't seem to switch to a different workspace either.
