Public bug reported:

Scenario:
1. Open several (say 4) text editor or terminal windows, and place them each in
a specific (different) location on the screen.
2. Choose one of those windows, and half-maximize it by pressing Super + Right
Arrow (or Left Arrow).
3. Restore that window to its original size by pressing the same key
combination (e.g. Super + Right Arrow) again.

Expected behavior:

The window restores its size and location to where you originally placed
it.

Actual behavior:

Often, the window restores its size but moves to a different location.

I will attach or link a screen capture video showing an example.

I originally noticed this with the Terminal app (Ptyxis), so I tried the
same scenario with Text Editor to confirm it's not specific to a
particular application.
