You have been subscribed to a public bug: Yaru GNOME Shell theme in Ubuntu 26.04 has weird icon scaling in GNOME application overview. By default icon size should be 64 pixel but this is something different, between 48-64 pixels, something like 56 pixels or so..
When i change dock size to 64pix, icons are bigger from those in overview. Generally it looks bad, icons are too small and aaplication names look bad and truncated. Original bugreport with pictures: https://github.com/ubuntu/yaru/issues/4451 There must be something in the custom Yaru theme what triggers this scaling behaviour, because on Fedora 44 with the same GNOME version, but with vanilla theme is this issue not present. ** Affects: yaru Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown ** Affects: gnome-shell (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: resolute -- Gnome Shell theme for 26.04 - weird application overview scaling https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2154176 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-shell in Ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
