Ok thanks. I don't immediately see an .uploaded file (at least in
/var/crash) so I tried apport-cli. It seemed to send but told me to
"please fill out the form in the automatically opened web browser" which
didn't seem to automatically open.

I should note, I experienced this bug once, and then again in short
sequence, so I assumed it was persistent but I haven't seen it again
since. Though perhaps I just haven't rebooted or been logged out since
then. Will try that the next time it's a convenient work-stop time.
