drminfo.txt shows the 4K monitor connected by HDMI does not natively support "1580x1620" so it sounds like a fake mode being created in software. That is certainly supported, but we'll need to see output from the drm_info command again while the fake mode is active.
I should also note the "LG Ultra HD" is configured for 60Hz, but drm_info is only detecting 50Hz support. This indicates a poor quality HDMI cable so please try a cable rated for at least HDMI 2.0 or higher. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to mutter in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2162070 Title: Incorrect display mode applied on second monitor To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mutter/+bug/2162070/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
